1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bpex website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the bpex platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the bpex platform regardless of the device or method used to access it.

These terms are written in English and are intended for users in Pakistan. If there is any translation provided for convenience, the English version remains the authoritative text in any situation involving a discrepancy or dispute.

bpex reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, users will be notified where practicable. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To open and use a bpex account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bpex is strictly an adults-only platform. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation of these terms.
• You must be a real individual registering for personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts or registrations on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing bpex account. Each person is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds held in them may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. This includes your real name, valid mobile number and correct date of birth.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a bpex employee in a role that creates a conflict of interest with platform use.

bpex may request identity verification at any stage. This includes but is not limited to CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) verification, proof of payment method ownership and source of funds confirmation. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpex account credentials, including your login details and any verification codes. You must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.

bpex will never ask for your password via email, SMS or any other communication channel. If anyone contacts you claiming to be bpex and requests your password, you should treat this as a fraudulent attempt and report it immediately.

Any activity that occurs under your bpex account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact bpex support without delay. bpex cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your registered mobile number and email address remain current and accessible. Account recovery relies on these contact points and bpex cannot assist with recovery if they are no longer valid.

4 Deposits & Payments

bpex processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

All payment methods used to deposit must be registered in your own name and linked to your verified bpex account. Deposits made from payment accounts owned by third parties will be rejected and returned where possible. In cases where a third-party deposit cannot be returned, the funds may be held pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method and account status. These limits may be updated at any time and it is your responsibility to check current limits before making a deposit.

bpex does not charge deposit fees on the platform side. However, your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bpex's control. Any such third-party charges are your responsibility.

Deposits made in error or by the wrong amount should be reported to bpex support immediately with the transaction reference. bpex will investigate but cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent in error due to limitations of local payment network reversals.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at bpex are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to verification requirements. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name.

Before processing a withdrawal, bpex may require identity verification to be completed. This is a standard procedure and is not applied selectively. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience withdrawal holds until documentation is submitted and reviewed.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally faster than bank transfers. Actual processing times depend on network conditions and transaction volumes, and bpex does not guarantee specific processing windows beyond what is stated on the Withdrawal page.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed. Bonus-derived funds may carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is permitted — these conditions are stated clearly in the relevant bonus terms at the time of the offer.

bpex reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawal requests that are flagged as unusual or potentially suspicious. Processing may be temporarily delayed during such reviews.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bpex offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion comes with its own specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated at the point of offer. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry timeframes.

General bonus rules that apply across all bpex promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Attempting to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing contradictory bets or exploiting offer structures — is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• bpex reserves the right to withdraw or alter a bonus offer at any time, including ongoing promotions, where evidence of abuse is identified.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion details. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.

VIP programme bonuses and tier-based benefits are governed by the VIP terms available on the VIP page. VIP status is subject to review and bpex may adjust tier placements based on account activity.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the bpex platform, you agree to the specific rules governing that game type or betting market. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or sports betting section of the platform.

For Sports Betting, including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Football and Esports:

• All bets are accepted at bpex's discretion. bpex may refuse any bet without being required to give a reason.
• In the event of a result being disputed or a match being abandoned, bets are settled according to the applicable market rules stated in the betting section.
• In-play bets are placed in real time. Once confirmed, an in-play bet cannot be cancelled. Connectivity issues on your end do not entitle you to cancellation of a confirmed bet.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may be lower for certain events. These limits are displayed before bet confirmation.

For Live Casino and other game types, results generated by game software are final once the round concludes. Technical errors that prevent a round from completing correctly will be handled according to the game provider's documented error resolution process, which bpex will follow.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bpex platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or verification .
• Using another person's payment account, identity documents or credentials to operate a bpex account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or use any automated tool, bot or script to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or collusion in sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud or other financial crime.
• Placing bets with the intent to arbitrage against bpex by exploiting pricing inconsistencies across markets.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account access to any third party.
• Using VPN, proxy or similar tools to misrepresent your location or identity while using the platform.

bpex actively monitors accounts for unusual patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bpex reserves the right to withhold winnings, cancel bets and take further action as appropriate.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bpex platform — including the bpex name, logo, design, layout, game interfaces, graphics, written content and software — is the intellectual property of bpex or its content partners and is protected accordingly.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or publicly display any part of the bpex platform without prior written permission. Screen-recording game rounds for commercial use or redistribution without authorisation is also prohibited.

Nothing in your use of the bpex platform grants you any ownership rights over any platform content or intellectual property.

10 Limitation of Liability

bpex provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues and connectivity factors outside our control may affect availability from time to time.

bpex shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of opportunity — arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors or connection failures on your end or on our infrastructure providers' end.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment networks including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.
• Errors in information provided by you during registration, verification or while placing bets.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Actions taken by bpex in good faith in response to suspected policy violations, including account suspension pending investigation.

To the maximum extent permitted, bpex's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your bpex account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

bpex may suspend or permanently close an account at any time where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or payment fraud is identified.
• A user requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming process.
• An account has been inactive for an extended period in line with our dormant account policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate it.

Where an account is closed due to a verified terms violation, any balance held may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned via the registered payment method.

12 Responsible Gaming

bpex is committed to responsible gaming and believes that entertainment should remain enjoyable and within personal limits. The platform is designed for adults aged 18 and above only, and we actively support players in maintaining healthy gaming habits.

bpex encourages all players to:

• Set a personal deposit budget that reflects their financial situation and stick to it.
• Take regular breaks from gaming sessions rather than playing for extended uninterrupted periods.
• Treat gaming as entertainment spending — similar to other leisure activities — rather than as a source of income.
• Never chase losses by increasing bet amounts in an attempt to recover previous losses.

By registering a bpex account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights regarding your data including the right to access and correct information held about you. Requests relating to your data can be submitted to bpex support.

bpex will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service partners is limited to what is necessary for the purpose and is subject to appropriate data protection agreements.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bpex may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform or via the contact details on file. The updated terms will carry a revised effective date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use the bpex platform after an update to these terms has taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact bpex support to initiate account closure.

Minor changes such as wording clarifications, formatting improvements or corrections of typographical errors do not constitute material changes and may be made without prior notice.

15 Contact & Disputes
